Drinking and bottled water

Bottled water.

Water disinfection before filling requires a controlled dose and stable inlet quality. Ozonation is integrated with filtration, storage and filling.

Drinking and bottled water

Every minute before filling matters

Review water source, remineralization, ozone demand, contact time and point of use. Dissolved-ozone measurement and alarms support control; materials, packaging and final quality must fit the process.

Application point

Dose without altering the product

The time between ozonation, storage and filling determines where to measure. Remineralization can also change water chemistry and ozone demand.

Injection point, mixing and contact volume are designed for actual flow. Undissolved gas and any residual are managed before water returns to the process.

On-site verification

A control point before the bottle

Record microbiology, dissolved ozone, flow and finished-water results under the plant quality plan.

Sampling points and comparison conditions are defined before claiming a reduction or saving. This helps separate treatment effects from normal process variation.
