We begin with the application.
We design, fabricate and install ozone systems. Our direct installation experience guides the solutions we develop for the Dominican Republic.
We review the objective, study process data and define the combination of generation, feed gas, transfer, control and service. Specifications are confirmed for each piece of equipment and each project.

Field experience
We know what a real installation demands.
At Grupo 7 we design, fabricate and install ozone systems. Our direct participation in many installations helps us anticipate feed gas, transfer, instrumentation, safety and operational issues before recommending equipment.
From drawing to plant
We review space, hydraulics, power, ventilation and maintenance access. A technically sound solution must also be installable and operable.
On-site verification
We compare the design with actual flows, pressure, feed gas quality, measurement points and alarm logic. Performance is verified in the complete system.
Technical responsibility
We identify missing data, needed tests and acceptance criteria. We do not promise one universal dose for every water.

Irrigation water
Fasanarella irrigation, Italy
Installation of a 2 kg/h GR 2000 generator in an irrigation network designed for approximately 1,800 m³/h. The photograph shows installed equipment and hydraulic integration.
Drinking water
Drinking-water plant trial
A 3 kg/h generator installed and commissioned for dose-optimization testing at a drinking-water plant. The publication describes the trial, not a final water-quality outcome.
Recreational water
Animal pools in Madrid
A 200 g/h HIDRO VT ozone system with an injection and mixing plant, commissioned for animal-pool water treatment at a Madrid zoological park.
Our brand and representation
Grupo 7 ozone generators. Our own engineering.
Grupo 7 designs, manufactures and markets its own brand of ozone generators. We also represent AZCO Industries and ZonoSistem in the Dominican Republic and integrate their equipment when a project calls for it.
