Injection point, mixing and contact volume are designed for actual flow. Undissolved gas and any residual are managed before water returns to the process.

Record water quality, chloramines where relevant, chemical demand and operational continuity.
Sampling points and comparison conditions are defined before claiming a reduction or saving. This helps separate treatment effects from normal process variation.
