Technical guide for initial assessment. Every installation needs validation of its own data.
As water passes through the injector throat, local pressure falls and can draw in ozone gas. The effect depends on flow and available pressure difference. An injector installed without checking these conditions may draw less gas than expected or impose unacceptable head loss.
After suction, gas must disperse and dissolve into water. The reaction needs a path and contact time matched to the objective and inlet quality. A tank has different hydraulics from a pipe, and not every application needs the same transfer arrangement.
Some ozone may remain in the gas phase. It must be conveyed and treated as the design requires, without release into occupied areas. Instruments and interlocks help stop generation when flow is lost or other abnormal conditions occur.
Request pressure before and after the injector, water flow, gas flow, compatible materials, mixing scheme and contact volume. We select tank or pipe treatment, with Venturi injection or another transfer method, according to the application. Verification belongs to the installed system.

An equipment list is not yet a specification. The project starts with the result that must be measured.
Read guideFeed gas quality affects output, reliability and maintenance. The choice depends on model and application.
Read guideFlow rate alone cannot reliably predict ozone demand. Testing the actual water allows a response to be measured.
Read guideOzone is useful inside the process and can be hazardous when it escapes into occupied air. Safety belongs in the design from the start.
